We train the Traditional GI/ Kimono that includes over 1000 more techniques as well as NOGI training.

Kickboxing 

Come get a good workout in while actually learning the proper technique. Includes Phosphogen (1-12 seconds), Glycolytic (12 sec-2minutes), and Aerobic Drills (2 Minutes+) that will increase your cardiovascular performance and overall health.

After School Programs 

We've Got Transportation Covered.

Every day of the week, we provide transportation for your children. They'll get picked up from school, and brought to our martial arts school. Early releases included no additional charge.

Confidence, Focus, Fitness, Respect, and Discipline are all parts of Martial Arts that will enrich your child's life. Your child will have help on their school work along with quality martial arts instruction.

Help your child learn how to set tough goals and accomplish them through hard work and discipline. Your child will also learn about healthy eating and exercising habits that will help them lead a healthier lifestyle.

Summer Camp

Free breakfast, free lunch, field trips, contests, swimming, exercise, and martial arts!

One of the most exciting ways for your child to spend their summer in highlands county. Do not let your child become a couch potato. Get them up and active all summer long while they have tons of fun making new friends and learning new skills. Your child will build character along with learning how to defendthemselves.
